About Us

Matt Boyer is the Vice President of RA Business Solutions. He is a graduate of Old Dominion University’s College of Business and Public Administration. Matt has served in several roles involving credit and marketing for over 10 years. In his current role with Retail Alliance, Matt oversees the Business Solutions/Credit Reporting team while managing strategic customers. He currently resides in Virginia Beach with his wife, Kinsey, and their daughters Aidan and Addison.

Amy serves as a Regional Sales Director, supporting banks, credit unions and finance companies. She is a graduate of South University with a Master’s in Business Administration. She also has over thirteen years of experience in relationship and business management.
Originally from Fairfax, she currently resides in Chesapeake. She is also very active in her church, is the Troop Coordinator of her daughter’s American Heritage Girls Troop, is the Committee Chair of her son’s Boy Scout Troop, and loves to play soccer.

Ashley is the Sales Support & Marketing Coordinator for RA Business Solutions. She works diligently to assist the account executives in building and maintaining client relationships as well as working to create and implement marketing strategies and campaigns. She is an alumnus of Wright State University in Ohio where she earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She looks forward to her time with the company and, alongside the Business Solutions team, grow and maintain sales and relationships. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outside, reading, and most of all spending time with her two cats, Tora and Luna.

Jeff serves as a Regional Sales Director for the NC region out of the Raleigh sales office. Jeff is originally from Statesboro, GA and holds AE and BS degrees from Young Harris College and Georgia State University while attending the University of Georgia in between these two institutions. Jeff started his career with Equifax in 1983 serving in various positions as an Account Executive, a Regional Sales Manager and VP of Strategic Accounts until leaving Equifax in 2003. After three years in other pursuits, Jeff rejoined the Equifax world as an Equifax Sales Agent in 2006. Jeff brings over 34 years of experience in managing relationships in banking, credit unions, auto and finance company industries.

Casie is an Account Executive for RA Business solutions, based out of North Carolina. She grew up in Mt. Airy, NC, also known as Mayberry RFD. After high school, she attended UNC Chapel Hill and had the awesome experience to study abroad at University of London and Oxford University. In 2003, Casie moved to New York City to work for The Late Show with David Letterman, but the big city proved a little too tough and after a year she packed up and moved to Atlanta, GA. In Atlanta, Casie began her sales career within the financial sector first at MBNA, Bank of America and SunTrust. Upon leaving the finance world, Casie kept selling in the business to business world through 2020. Hired in July, Casie is excited to be back in the financial arena as an Account Executive with RA Business Solutions. Casie lives in Mooresville, NC with her 7 year old daughter Naomi and their dog Charlie Dangerfield.

Ross is an Account Executive for RA Business solutions, based out of Virginia. He is a graduate of Christopher Newport University in Newport News. After college, Ross entered the sales profession, selling civil sitework materials for construction companies, before joining Retail Alliance Business Solutions in late 2020. Ross was born and raised in Richmond, Va, and returned there after attending school. He currently lives with his fiancée and their wonderful dog in Chesterfield County. In his free time, he enjoys visiting parks with his family, reading, and frequenting breweries.
